Terms of Service
Last updated: May 31, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Grubble Eats marketing website at grubbleeats.com (the "Site") and the launch waitlist offered on it. By using the Site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the Site.
The Site
The Site is an informational marketing page for the forthcoming Grubble Eats mobile app and a way to join our launch waitlist. The app itself is not yet generally available, and these Terms cover the Site only — the app will have its own terms when it launches.
Waitlist
Joining the waitlist means we may email you product updates about Grubble Eats. Joining does not guarantee access to the app, a demo, or any particular feature, pricing, or launch date. You can leave the waitlist at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email.
Demo access
Any demo of the Grubble Eats app linked from this Site is provided by invitation only and may require authentication. Access is at our discretion and may be limited, changed, or withdrawn at any time.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to disrupt it, submit fraudulent or automated waitlist entries, or access it in violation of applicable law.
Intellectual property
The Grubble Eats name, the Fork-G mark, logos, copy, and design are owned by Grubble Eats and its parent, Tenvaro. You may not use them without our prior written permission.
Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The Site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
Changes
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
