Grubble Eats ("Grubble," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you join our waitlist, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers this marketing website (grubbleeats.com). The Grubble Eats mobile app will have its own in-app privacy disclosures when it launches.

What we collect

The only personal information we collect through this website is the email address you voluntarily submit to our launch waitlist. We do not ask for your name, location, phone number, or any other personal detail to join the list.

How we use it

We use your email address solely to send you product update communications about Grubble Eats — for example, letting you know when the app launches or when early access is available. We do not use it for unrelated marketing, and we will never sell, rent, or trade your email address to third parties.

Email service & unsubscribing

Waitlist emails are stored and sent through Brevo, our email service provider, which processes the data on our behalf. We use compliant double opt-in, and every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time, and Brevo handles the unsubscribe immediately.

Analytics & cookies

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first analytics tool that measures aggregate traffic without setting cookies, fingerprinting your device, or tracking you across other sites. We use no third-party advertising or tracking beyond this. Because we don't use tracking cookies, this site does not need a cookie consent banner.

Data retention & your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

We practice data minimization — we keep only your email address, and only for as long as you remain on the waitlist. You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data at any time. To unsubscribe, use the link in any email; to request deletion of your data, email us at hello@grubbleeats.com. We do not sell personal information as defined under the CCPA.

Children

This website and waitlist are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Grubble Eats evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
